30 Day Yoga Program with Margo
The primary goal of this course is for you to:
- create a dedicated HOME PRACTICE
- develop the RITUAL / HABIT / LIFESTYLE of doing a little yoga EVERYDAY for the rest of your life.
The video links you will be working with explore content I have been teaching and developing for the past 20+ years. It is a blend of the Beginning, Intermediate and Athletes Yoga curriculum I have developed and taught at the University of Alaska Anchorage for over a decade. It also includes content I have designed for the Anchorage School District, Yoga Therapists of Alaska, LLC, and various Teacher Training Programs. You will have the unique opportunity to explore the practices through different lenses and I believe this will cultivate your awareness in a unique and fun way.
Each week we explore a different theme to build our movement skills for a sustainable yoga practice:
Week 1- Spinal Floss
Week 2- Natural Posture
Week 3- Warm Ups
Week 4- Back Bends, Twists and Lateral Bends
Week 5- The Mind
You will have the opportunity to dive in deep; the more you practice, the more you read, the more you integrate Natural Posture and Growth Mindset principles into daily habits, the more you will TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE!
This program is available on an online platform we will give you access to once you purchase. All of the content such as video links, daily lessons, and resources are already created and available to you upon personalized login.
