Sadhana Series with Shelley /$54 each

What is sadhana?
It is practicing habits that lead you to your ultimate expression of what your life has to offer. It takes time, commitment, effort, and a supportive community. Spiritual traditions in India have mapped this process out through practitioners' trial-and-error for millenia. Luckily we have many maps to guide us: but which one to choose? Join Shelley in learning different tools for engaging with sadhana, connecting with like-minded community, and learning the context for these special practices.
We will move, chant, meditate, and discuss the fundamentals of Indian philosophy. In each series (comprised of 4 classes) we will learn a Sanskrit invocation, a mantra, and focus on a school of Indian philosophy. These series are curated to be progressive if you attend all four (a total of 16 classes); however, students from the public can take any individual series. All levels welcome!
